The SI Aluminum Dummy round is a precision machined billet aluminum dummy round that serves as a vital part of your training kit. Anodized a bright blue to prevent confusion with live rounds, it serves as a realistic, but safe way to dry fire practice. The flexible polymer “primer” serves to protect your firing pin during high iteration dry fire practice sessions and replicates the feeding and extraction characteristics of live rounds, which is particularly useful for “ball and dummy” drills. Additionally, for magazine lock restricted states; it can serve as a safe tool for “bullet button” type magazine locks, as repeated use of a live round can set back of the projectile, creating dangerous case pressures
Due to numerous factors that take place during the anodization process, the color lines from batch to batch of a certain product may varyPackage includes:
- 2x .223 Rem Dummy Roundsp
Features
- Bright blue anodize and engraving for clear identification
- Durable, flexible TPU “primer” pocket for safe dry fire practice
